  Auto wash with no soap and wax just water and scrubbing brushes.Adv Manager and she thanks me for letting her know but continue allowing other cars to use without rectifying the fault and advising them .People keep paying for All extras which doesn't work.

  When we returned with my husband straight away he lied than he found the panel at the end of the wash when the panel was still dry and dirty.Please be ware of the damage that can occur at this premises.It's not worth it.I have a massive bill to cover now as you can see the panel on the photo.

  The side panel of my bmw car was clipped and felt at the corner of the conveyer belt as the entry to the wash was restricted by a road cone. An old grampy man who usually wet your car at the beggining of the wash saw the panel and said nothing.I drove the car all the way home to find out that the panel was missing.
